First of all, I want to say that our Sales rep, Ian, was incredible. He was accomodating and knew what he was talking about with the products you offer. He had the keys in had, waiting for me! I appreciated the fact that he didn't try and upsell me or persuade me to go with something I really didn't want. We had a very enjoyable experience, and he was a lot of fun to work with. Once in the finance office, we were equally pleased with the customer service we received from Chad.
