So far this is been a bad experience. Towed my 2019 Ram truck in for electrical issues over 2 weeks ago. Every time I call no one returns my message so I drove over 2 times last week and now this week. S truck in for electrical issues over 2 weeks ago. By the way I'm approved for a rental from Hertz ( on site ) but they don't answer the phone nor have any cars 14 days now and costing.Now I get an email from a Ram corporate representative and they said Landmark is not returning there emails or call either. Extremely poor customer service, they told us things they were going to do and never did them. I called today to get my 2020 Ram 3500 in to get repair work done. The truck has suddenly developed a severe shutter in the front end to the point I am not sure it can safely be driven. I called the service department and was placed directly on hold. When someone finally got to me, I was told it would be at least 3 weeks before they could get me in. When I expressed my concerns over the drivability of the truck I was told I should bring it in and drop it off since I didn’t think it was drivable. This is the dealership that I purchased the truck from and I would expect better customer service from them. When I mentioned that this is my work truck and I can not afford to be without it for at least 3 weeks, the person on the phone just didn’t care. More
Deceptive!!!! Went in for a vehicle that had arrived, after a week of conversing with their internet and sales team. Vehicle was lost in their system and nowhere to be found, agreed to take a look at the after a week of conversing with their internet and sales team. Vehicle was lost in their system and nowhere to be found, agreed to take a look at their pricing to still try to lease it; just to see a markup of 11k from their MSRP. A little confused, I asked more info and rather place an order instead of purchasing current lost vehicle. Was lied to; telling me that orders were in Halt and would wait at least 4-6 Months. Reached out to Tim General Manager without response. Passed by another dealership and got all this misinformation clarified and corrected. Cars are still being made! Orders are still being accepted! Markups due to low inventory are unethical, yet still used; every vehicle had a $5,000 markup! Quite unhappy to see the “biggest” Chrysler Dodge Jeep Dealership in Atlanta just wanting to sale sly absurd unfair prices. Several days passed, and i have lost hope of even giving this Dealership a second Chance. Ps. Heath this warning, don't get ripped off. More
The manager was awesome but my salesman agreed to one down payment then switched it as soon as I signed all my paperwork and left the lot with the car. So unprofessional they won’t sign off on me getting my tag because the salesman said he quoted $1800 along with 2 other quotes but you wrote $1500 and told the cashier to charge $1500 my receipt says $1500 will never use them again or recommend them. Now im stuck with a car i’m paying for and can’t get a tag for because they want me to now pay the other $300 that I never agreed to. Be careful with these salesman they be so quick to make a sell telling you anything to get that money but if he meant to quote me $1800 whis fault is that his and why should i pay for his carelessness I paid what i was told to pay. They only got 2 stars because Jonas was so nice and cool. More

i bought a used vehicle for this dealership. I am a out of state buyer so it was different then just going to the dealership and buying the car or truck. You have to put a lot of trust in the people you ar of state buyer so it was different then just going to the dealership and buying the car or truck. You have to put a lot of trust in the people you are dealing with. The sales person, used car Manager and Finance manager all did great in getting me into the car i wanted and having it delivered 11 hours away. No problems here. More
Great dealership, I bought a used car from them and most new car dealers make people buying used feel like less of a priority but not Landmark. They made me feel like I was just as important as someone buyi new car dealers make people buying used feel like less of a priority but not Landmark.
