Do NOT waste your time. I don't normally write reviews when I have bad experiences, but this one was so bad I had to. I buy way too many new vehicles and this dealership is the worst I've ever dealt with. I am entitled to Affiliate Program pricing at 1% under invoice price through my work. Additionally, I was fortunate that TrueCar sent me a bonus $1000 rebate applicable to the vehicle I wanted. I checked and double checked that these two things were stackable before I went to market. If they were not stackable I would have stopped here, but this was enough of an incentive to start the search. I got excited about the possibility of a new ride. I did my homework. I spent the weekend searching inventory and found the vehicle I wanted. Landmark had it. I made contact with the Landmark team and was told they didn't have the vehicle on the lot yet. However, they did have a more expensive build that was just "dropped off" and they could work a deal on it. I asked for the VIN so that I could research the build sheet. They sent the VIN very quickly - good job! Though it was a bit more expensive than the build I had inquired on, I decided to move forward. After all, I had Affiliate Program pricing and a $1K rebate. Through a series of texts (yes, this is all in writing), I told the sales representative everything he needed to know. I gave him my tax rate for the out-of-state tax calculation; I provided the control number for the Affiliate Program, and I provided the voucher number for the TrueCar rebate. I waited. When I heard back from the salesperson, the price quoted was more than the sticker price. The salesperson assured me that Affiliate Pricing and the TrueCar rebate had been applied. How was this possible? Well, that's still a mystery. They were unwilling to share the price breakdown and the invoice price on the vehicle. I asked, more than once, to see it so I could check the math. And when asked, they are required to provide the invoice under the Affiliate Program rules. They refused that request stating that they didn't do that for out-of-state buyers. I'm not sure why my home location is relevant for anything other than a tax calculation...I digress. I have done enough of this in the past to know that the invoice price is always less than the sticker price and I'm entitled to 1% below that....and then the TrueCar rebate should have taken the price another $1k lower. It should not be a mystery and it should be very simple - that's main point of the program; ease of purchase and price transparency. From my experience, the Landmark team is not very good at their job. To be fair, the salesperson did mention an environment package that may have changed the price. To what degree, I'll never know because, they would not tell me what it costs. I was also curious as to how an environmental package was applied to a vehicle that was just "dropped off." I'm assuming the environmental packages is one of those paint treatments...like TurtleWax, but far more expensive. I'll never know because I never got a price breakdown. I have since moved on and will take delivery of my new vehicle from another dealer very soon. Yes, they're honoring Affiliate Pricing and the TrueCar rebate and there are no mathematical anomolies in the price breakdown they provided. We have to be creative these days to get good deals...play the hand we are dealt in these times. There are many other dealers. There are some really good ones out there. Landmark is not one of them. Do your homework and don't waste your time. I hope others can learn from my experience. More

So you can see from other reviews that this dealership needs A LOT of work in the customer appreciation department. Therefore, I will start off with very few positives. NIKESH AMIN and ANDRE TYLER understood our mission and found the right SUV for the price range we were looking for. So they shouldn't be penalized for the SHADY tactics of their management, However, that's where the positivity ends. The dealership management is SHIEISTY, to say the least. They railroaded us on our trade by $2K-$3K. They darn near demanded $4K down because we were upside down on our trade and they supposedly underpriced the SUV we were buying by $10K. Then, while in finance they gave us a gas token for $25 and expected us to fill up our Durango with that little bit of money. Their used car process is wherever the gas is in the car you are buying that's what you leave with. Why are pre-owned car buyers being punished by this dealership and not getting full tanks of gas??? Because they can. I contacted MOPAR corporate about this issue and was redirected back to this SHIEISTY dealership to resolve the problem. Needless to say, I have not heard back from them in over a week. They apparently have NO intentions of rectifying this situation. Oh, I almost forgot to mention how they showed us an SUV with front end damage as a purchase option. Then, we had to wait an additional 4 hours after finishing with financing for the front and rear brakes to be repaired. Shouldn't this have been done before listing the SUV for sale? STAY VERY FAR AWAY FROM THIS SHEISTY DEALERSHIP!!!!!!! They don't care nor take the time to treat preowned customers with the respect and consideration they should easily expect to receive! More
Bought a keep wrangler that had a check engine and tire pressure light on when I picked it up. I was told it would go away as I drive it. We have experienced outstanding service from Jason, the guys in service and also the wonderful ladies in the call center. BEWARE!!! Bought a "Certified Pre-Owned" truck only to realize the next day that I have mismatched tires (front doesn't match the back or each other and have different levels of wear), mismatched floor ma realize the next day that I have mismatched tires (front doesn't match the back or each other and have different levels of wear), mismatched floor mats (1 all-weather and 2 cloth), the trailer wiring is dangling because the bracket on the bumper is gone and there is clear evidence of moisture in the passenger headlight. After reaching out, they only agreed to "assess" the headlight and trailer wiring. Then I find out that my financing is not what I thought I had agreed to. 10k down and 30k out the door only to learn that I have actually financed over 36k at a different interest rate!!! Save yourself and buy ANYWHERE else. 2 stars only because Harsha was so friendly, unlike the other guy who spoke to me like I was stupid. More
