Bought a Jeep Compass from here and had it less than 3 Bought a Jeep Compass from here and had it less than 3 weeks pulled out of my driveway to find the car running and unable to get out of park or shut Bought a Jeep Compass from here and had it less than 3 weeks pulled out of my driveway to find the car running and unable to get out of park or shut off, had vehicle towed to dealership and called following day, they said they lost the keys! I called later they said was inside due to window down but when I went by after work found the car in the same location tow truck driver dropped it. Two days later no one has even looked at car to give an idea of how long I will be without a vehicle! I’m a single mother who works full time I’ve called several times a day and found out nothing other than they will not give me a loaner and told me no one has had time to look at it! I’m furious and begged for something but got no where I simply ask for basic customer service and get lied to. I will continue to post updates and be honest but as of now I’m extremely unhappy!!! I thought this is a world of customer focus and satisfaction as well honesty and integrity but as of now I’ve got nothing!!!
