The final paperwork process was very lengthy and then it had to be done a second time because of computer/ technical problems. We were not very pleased with our experience. Poor customer service and professionalism. Constantly had to contact them to try and get a part fixed. Appreciated Chris’ help. He had the car looking very sharp and went to a sister dealership to drive it up for our review. The waiting time was extremely long from beginning to end. (2 days).
