The final paperwork process was very lengthy and then it had to be done a second time because of computer/ technical problems. We were not very pleased with our experience. Poor customer service and professionalism. Constantly had to contact them to try and get a part fixed. Appreciated Chris’ help. He had the car looking very sharp and went to a sister dealership to drive it up for our review. The waiting time was extremely long from beginning to end. (2 days). Worked with me in every way Emailed the dealership, got back to me right away. With pictures I took of trade in they worked out a negotiable price over the phone, then went there Emailed the dealership, got back to me right away. With pictures I took of trade in they worked out a negotiable price over the phone, then went there, worked with me on everything, got the deal done and out the door in an hour and a half, I would call that pretty good service.
