Purchased a brand new 3500 truck, the truck broke down in the first 1500 miles and left me stranded 700 miles from home. Truck was repaired by a Ram dealer in PA only to break down with the same issue at 54 the first 1500 miles and left me stranded 700 miles from home. Truck was repaired by a Ram dealer in PA only to break down with the same issue at 5400 miles, truck was dropped off on the 13th of August and as of today, Sep 18th, truck has not been touched by their service department. What a joke!! Try calling them, or Ram customer service for that matter... no answer More
