I have bought 2 cars from this dealership. Yesterday, I bring my 21 Rav4 hybrid in because it will not hold alignment. It has had 3 alignments in as many months. I asked the service dept to Yesterday, I bring my 21 Rav4 hybrid in because it will not hold alignment. It has had 3 alignments in as many months. I asked the service dept to investigate why it won't hold alignment. I was told by Angie Seelinger that it was my driving in Little Rock that is the problem. I hit all the pot holes thus making my car lose alignment. Problem is, I don't drive in Little Rock. I'm from Sheridan. I avoid Little Rock. Question, does every Little Rock driver get an alignment every month? I've lost confidence in this dealership. More

My husband and I recently decided to go buy a “new” to us vehicle. We’ve been working a while on our credit and have really improved it. I work until five and we were driving an hour to come check out vehicl vehicle. We’ve been working a while on our credit and have really improved it. I work until five and we were driving an hour to come check out vehicles so we got there around 7pm an hour before close. We got the vibe pretty much immediately that we were being rushed on picking a vehicle because it was time for close and he said something about closing a few times. Still he was nice enough and we didn’t think much about it. We picked the vehicle we wanted to try to get and went inside to do business. Well, the credit app kept freezing at the end on both my husbands and my phone. Well, the salesman made a few comments about our phones messing up even though we have newer iPhones. He also was obviously annoyed. My husband told me well it’s not meant to be and we should leave. But he insisted we try the app on his phone and of course it went through. Which is fine. We really should have walked away before this point and that’s on us. We were told our credit would be ran 3 or 4 times total to find us a bank. Our credit scores were also showing about fifty points lower than they actually are because we check them religiously and know what our credit is. Well it was late and he needed to run it one more time today which I get because the sales and finance manager wasn’t there. Okay, great. Well as of noon today, my credit has SEVEN hard inquiries from them running it. SEVEN. There’s never a need for that. I then decided to call and speak to the so-called sales manager who got super defensive and wouldn’t even let me speak hardly. He said he would “talk to JT” about being condescending and kinda rude to us and in a hateful tone said “well we can fix that and just stop running your credit” uh thanks! Should have already done that. Next thing I know my husband called me and said the salesman reached out to him, told him we would “have to” have a down payment. Keep in mind the night before we were told capital one denied us even though we use them a lot. When my husband told him for what seemed like the millionth time that we were not willing to do a down payment, then he said well capital one approved y’all. Oh they did? And let me guess, it affected the commission so he constantly continues running our credit to get himself a higher payout. Greed at his finest. Even made a comment about believing in God during conversation. Yeah, right. After I made a fb post about our experience and to not ever buy from Landers toyota, my friends started coming out of the woodworks about their bad experiences with this same place. Even when my credit is excellent and I can get a lower rate and no down payment I would rather walk everywhere than deal with these people. They’re not above lying to people. It has zero to do with them not being able to make us a deal. I get that it’s out of their control to an extent but these people are a joke. Save yourself the time and the million hard inquiries. Our anger is coming from being lied to multiple times. We will be posting this review on every social media platform, contacting the BBB, contacting Toyota corporate, doing what we can to have all but one of the hard inquiries removed, and we will be blasting this anywhere and everywhere we can. DO NOT USE LANDERS TOYOTA. Dig deep and look at other reviews. There’s so many red flags about this place. If you do decide to not take my advice and go, do not use JT! He will lie to your face multiple times and even when caught, will continue to lie. This is why car salesmen have bad reputations! More
