10,000 mile service I stopped by Express Lube to have my oil changed and tires rotated per the 10,000 mile service. Found out that service was overbooked and I had to have made an appointment - had to come back the next day and leave the car. That meant getting to work late and having to get the shuttle to take me back mid-afternoon to pick up the car and go back to work. That was a disruption I just did not need. Craig took good care of me the next day, including running the car through the car wash. More
