Unlike most dealerships I have dealt with, the service dept you have is outstanding. Your employees, especially Frank, take ownership of any problems you may have and makes sure it is resolved before you dept you have is outstanding. Our experience at Toyota of NWA on 07/15/10 was absolutely wonderful. The three people who handled our situation (repairing a tire, & cleaning the engine throttle body) were the epitome of all a cu absolutely wonderful. They were courteous, professional, compassionate and when I told Brooke that I'm on a fixed income & wouldn't have the $18.00 labor charge until 07/28/19, she said "Oh, I'll take care of it, don't worry about it."
