Clint did an exceptional job setting up my toyota which was due to a 90k mile check up. He did a great job educating me on the premium check up versus the standard check up. They detailed the car for me while they had the work done, also Clint caught a recall that was required and did this for me as well. He also spent so time with me on projecting what work would be needed on the next visit or check up. I came in at the last minute before my Thanksgiving trip. Not only did Josh fit me in for a oli change but, was able to fix my breaks as well. This is the best and most honest service department I ever visited. Friendly people from the moment you arrive until the service is finished. They don't load your bill with service items you didn't need and you get a complementary car wash. Oh, I almost forgot to tell you about the quick oil change service. Just what it says it is. You drive in and go to the very nice waiting area for a cup of coffee or a soft drink and a donut if you are there before the crowd arrives. Oil and filter change, tires rotated and everything else checked to be sure the car in good running order and don’t forget the free car wash. Your car is finished in 30 minutes or less. Toyota service is no more expensive than the speedy oil change places and these guys know what they are doing. How you going to beat that? More

Toyota of NWA is great. They are very easy to work with. This is the third time I have had to take my car back after it being serviced which is getting very old. 1) after a tire rotation the hub cap was not This is the third time I have had to take my car back after it being serviced which is getting very old. 1) after a tire rotation the hub cap was not replaced correctly, 2) a faulty new tire was put on the car, 3) not enough transmission fuild was put in my car after it was changed. The customer service is exceptional but the service workers might need some additional training so I don't have to keep bring my car back. More
