Good, But Not Excellent This may sound petty, but when I began buying cars fro m Toyota of NWA, the waiting room experience was excellent (Pop, coffee, rolls, etc...). Now, This may sound petty, but when I began buying cars fro m Toyota of NWA, the waiting room experience was excellent (Pop, coffee, rolls, etc...). Now, it is just like any other dealer in the area. I go nowhere else, so I don't know. Besides Toyota and the great service department, the waiting room experience really sold me. As they keep getting more basic, I guess all we will be offered is a water fountain and a can to pee in. Dale Jirousek More

Long Wait, No Communication, & a Rude Service Desk Employee I waited for 2 hours without being told when my car would be done, I wasn't checked on or updated on my car's status. When I started to worry about be I waited for 2 hours without being told when my car would be done, I wasn't checked on or updated on my car's status. When I started to worry about being late to pick my child up from daycare, I got up to ask a service desk employee how much longer my wait would be only to be told that the service being performed on my car takes an hour and the technician working on it had had to finish up another job before he was able to get to mine. This gave me no idea how much longer I'd be waiting and I honestly thought he was saying that the technician had just started on my car and would be another hour!!! When I asked what was taking so long (with a confused and irritated tone, of course), the service desk person leaned toward me aggressively and rudely repeated the same thing about the service and the technician!!!! I was horribly embarrassed, shocked, and on the verge of tears. Fortunately, I was lucky another employee came along, intervened, and answered my questions kindly and professionally. Apparently, my car was about to be finished and I left less than 10 minutes later. I'll be pursuing this matter further with the general manager. More
