My car started giving me trouble as I was driving home from work, so I called the service dept. at 5:55 (they close at 6) and Clint told me to bring it in the next day. I had to bring my 2010 Toyota Corolla in for the recall notice of the floormat. I was greeted quickly (the service team member was there before I was even out of my car! Impressive!) This dealership checked my low tire pressure sensors, aired up my tires, and replaced a license light. Not only was there no charge, but the service was fast, professional, and friendly. There ws someone there to meet us as we drove into the dealership. They were more than courtious. My two main reasons for going to Toyota of Northwest Arkansas for all of my automotive service needs are: Frank and the quality of service. Frank has been servicing my vehicles for over 12 years. He is professional, always smiles, explains all of the details of each service performed, and goes the extra mile to make sure I have the best experience and the best service - he also has a good sense of humor. I travel all over the world, and there has been more than one occasion where I had to call Frank from some far away country to help my wife with car trouble. He takes the time out of his busy schedule to call her, determine the severity of the problem, and have the vehicle serviced as soon as possible. Never once have I had to return a vehicle to be serviced for the same reason twice to Frank or Toyota of Northwest Arkansas. I know when I leave there with my vehicle, the job has been done right the first time; something I cannot say about past experiences with other dealership's service departments. I travel over 45 miles one way to have my vehicles serviced at Toyota of Northwest Arkansas. If I had to travel over 200 miles, it would be worth every mile because I know that I an getting the best service possible, at a reasonable price, and I know that Frank will make sure of it every time.
