I had an excellent experience at this dealership. The customer service was very pleasant, it had been pouring down rain and we stopped at the dealership after the rain stopped. We were looking at the Prius and Steven Agnew came out immediately to explain all the new features. We already have a 2004 Prius (and still do) but there are a lot of updates. We were very impressed with the new 2010 Prius. Several weeks prior, we had purchased a 2006 Chrysler Pacifica van and after driving it several weeks, I decided I just did not like a big vehicle. There were no problems with the van except for me, the driver. It felt too big. We went into the dealership to discuss the new Prius with Mr. Agner but a client came in who had an appointment with him and Matt Audibert took over our transaction. I explained to him I had just purchased the 2006 Chrysler and would like to trade but if I could not get what I paid for the vehicle, I would just have to keep it. Mr. Audibert discussed our situation with his supervisor and eventually, I only lost $500 on the trade in price. I made myself feel better by reasoning that I could recoup $500 on the gas mileage. I appreciate the attitude and the willingness to help us from Mr. Audibert and Mr. Agnew. I lowered the pricing rating to "good" because there were no rebates. Steve is the epitomy of a service manager. I have always received excellent treatment from Steve and his staff. I have had very disappointing results with other dealerships catching them in underhandedness and having the attitude they are doing you a favor to talk with you. I commend this dealership for the proper staffing placed to take care of my entire family. When I purchase my next vehicle it will be here. The owner(s) obviously understand that continued profits will be made over time with attention to maintaining a great product for the consumer in both sales and service. More
We have used Toyota of NWA for four years and have always been extremely pleased. The staff is beyond nice/friendly, always using my name (they actually know my name before I step out of the car). I love going to this dealership...they are always friendly and very fast. You don't even need an appointment for regular 5,000 service, and even with no appointment you don't have to wait very long f friendly and very fast. Unlike most dealerships I have dealt with, the service dept you have is outstanding. Your employees, especially Frank, take ownership of any problems you may have and makes sure it is resolved before you dept you have is outstanding. Frank is always friendly and greets you as though you are a family member. He knows the products and can suggest what course of action needs to be taken. It is employees like Mr. Klimek that make it a pleasure to do business with your dealership. I know that when I buy a new car from you(I have bought 2 new vehicles from your store) there truly is service after the sale and not just a bunch of hot air promises. More
Service was quick. When I got there I was greeted by Brooke, she did all my paperwork and let me know how long the service would take. She did offer me a car to use if I needed to go somewhere, but the service was only supposed to be a couple of hours so I decided to stay. They offered free drinks, donuts, and internet service to customers, which was very nice. Overall, I rate this visit excellent. More

Our experience at Toyota of NWA on 07/15/10 was absolutely wonderful. The three people who handled our situation (repairing a tire, & cleaning the engine throttle body) were the epitome of all a cu absolutely wonderful. They were courteous, professional, compassionate and when I told Brooke that I'm on a fixed income & wouldn't have the $18.00 labor charge until 07/28/19, she said "Oh, I'll take care of it, don't worry about it."
