In the end I got with a loan shark finance company and the both of them got me This was my first time I bought a car on my own. The interest rate is too high, I am paying $500.00 a month and only $160.00 is applaud to note.trying to get in contact with FTC tolet them know. Also in Nov. Battery lost power and instead of getting a new battery the service dept simply charged it up. More
Service Department is a joke. Oil change and tire rotation takes more than 3 hours. They put air in tire that had a leak an said it was fine. He was very rude and stated that he didn’t know anything about what I had did to my car and I could drop it back off but he don’t know how long they will need to keep it. He was very rude! More
Sold a CPO Lemon I purchased a 2018 Nissan Armada Platinum edition on Jan. 20, 2020 that was supposedly CPO and went through a thorough inspection. This vehicle broke I purchased a 2018 Nissan Armada Platinum edition on Jan. 20, 2020 that was supposedly CPO and went through a thorough inspection. This vehicle broke down on February 22, 2020 and would not operate. The vehicle had to be towed to nearest dealership for diagnosis. I figured that since the vehicle would not drive or "go" or stay running that this would surely be covered under CPO warranty, especially since I had just purchased the vehicle. After 6 days of conversing with the dealership and attempting to have Nissan USA help me with the repair, I was denied any assistance and my family had to pay over $600 for repairs. Apparently, the air flow sensor went bad resulting in the break down and this was not "covered" by warranty. Essentially, I was sold a vehicle whose manufacturer does not care about quality, care, and consumer satisfaction. We debated between Toyota and Nissan and chose Nissan from good faith in the product. We had previously owned a Toyota that had had no problems for 15 years and over 250,000 miles. This WILL NOT happen again! I will never purchase one of your inferior vehicles and I will not recommend anyone else purchase one of your vehicles due to this experience. I will post on every social media outlet possible and spread by word of mouth how poorly my family was treated by Nissan USA. All I asked for was coverage on a repair for a vehicle that was purchased 1 month ago and supposedly certified pre-owned checked out good as new. No help, no assistance, and unsatisfied! Your company should learn from Toyota and build quality vehicles that will not break down. Have a good day. More

If I had known how horrible we would have been treated by the service department I wou Bought a car a year ago from them and the salesman was awesome. If I had known how horrible we would have been treated by the service department I would have went somewhere else! The are the rudest individuals I have ever dealt with! You call and get sent to a voicemail and then never get a call back, then when you call the get pissed because you are mad and make excuses! Never again will I ever purchase anything with Landers on the vehicle! More
Horrible service department with shade tree mechanics I arrived to your service department on 9/8/2016 7:25am. I finally was helped at 7:50am. I should've RAN!! I advise the specialist Robert that my 2006 I arrived to your service department on 9/8/2016 7:25am. I finally was helped at 7:50am. I should've RAN!! I advise the specialist Robert that my 2006 Nissan Xterra was having some engine shaking, stalling and will losing power every now and then but especially if the gas gets low. I also said my high beam lights weren't working. I was assured my truck would be checked out and I would receive a call. I explained to the Robert that I have a rental car and would be waiting on that call. I never received that call but called daily inquiring about my vehicle. After multiple messages left, I received a call 9/13/2016 that it was the Converter Assy Catalyst, Gasket, Sensor Air Fuel and a bulb replacement for a total of $1572.71. I told Robert to complete the service repairs. I drove my truck again on 9/27/2016 and it was stalling, losing power and shaking plus no high beams. I called Nissan and returned the truck. They ran test on my truck, drove my truck and said they couldn't find anything. They charged me $30 for a bulb and than tell me the part I need for my high beams is discontinued! So why did I pay for a bulb!! I pick the truck up again. On 10/18/2016 I returned to Nissan with my truck still losing power, shaking and stalling. They ran test and drove my truck but said they couldn't find any problems and I picked my truck on 10/19/2016. On 10/24/2016 my truck cut off and I paid for it to be towed to Nissan. I went in to Nissan on 10/24/2016 and was told Robert is no longer with the company. I asked to speak to a manager which wasn't available so Thomas said he will have his best mechanic look at my truck when he comes in at 10:00am. I received a call that it was the Chamber Assy Throttle Body for $956.82. I advised Thomas to complete the service repairs. I returned to Nissan 10/25/2016 with my truck shaking, losing power and stalling. I was called on 10/27/2016 and told it was NOW the fuel pressure which would be $1039. My husband spoke to a manager after spending $2,529.53 and was told that there was nothing they could do even though my truck is doing the exact same thing when I brought it in. I received a call from customer service wanting to rate the service! I told the employee this must be a joke! You couldn't be calling asking me about my experience!! I explained to her that I have spent over $2k and my truck isn't running. I explain to her at this point the mechanics are just playing a guessing game with my money. I am upset about the service, the customer service and the mechanics lack of knowledge on their vehicle. I didn't bring Nissan a Dodge I bought you a Nissan to service. Customer service is a matter of providing the best service, best parts and best customer service. This location fail complete short of that. More
My husband bought a car last April where an arbitration clause was built-in to the contract. After the paperwork he received the vehicle, they only gave him a valet key. Said they had to get the other keys clause was built-in to the contract. After the paperwork he received the vehicle, they only gave him a valet key. Said they had to get the other keys from the previous owners. They knew the whole time they did not have the key fobs and were never going to give us the key fobs. They pulled our leg for weeks telling us we would get the key fobs. The alarm goes off every time you unlock vehicle. They finally tell us they can just cut the wires to the alarm system. During this time the dealership never gave us other items agreed upon in our contract...i.e. new wiper blades. We returned the vehicle to their lot before we payed a note, and told them we no longer wanted it. They refused to pay the finance company and the car got repossessed. They intentionally did not tell us about the key fobs when we test drove the vehicle or negotiated the price. Yet, they knew that every time you unlocked the vehicle the alarm was going to go off, and they still sold us the car without telling us this. Think of how difficult it was to have a shopping cart and two small children (who know the alarm is going to go off) and try to get in your vehicle. They cried every time and started to become fearful of the car...I do not blame them. We were not going to pay a note on this car. Now my husbands credit score of 765 has been reduced to 540 because they refused to take back the car that they breached the contract on. More
