20,000 mile service and a warranty repair Took my 2015 Highlander in for the 20,000 miles oil change and servicing and it was done promptly. Also had to have a plastic part of a front seat re Took my 2015 Highlander in for the 20,000 miles oil change and servicing and it was done promptly. Also had to have a plastic part of a front seat replaced that had broken. This was also handled this promptly. The service tech showed me a dirty cabin air filter and asked if I wanted to change it out at a cost of $42. I mentioned that the cost of the filter was about $8 and that I was not interested in paying $42 when I could do it myself. If they would have priced it at $20 to $25, I would have let them change it as a matter of convenience. More

Professional and fast service. I had a flat tire on my daughters car. Your service department fixed the tire very fast and help me get some fender parts to fix her fender, due to I had a flat tire on my daughters car. They won't see me again. To my friends in F-ville and Lincoln County. One year ago I bought a new Toyota Highlander from Landers-McLarty Toyota, locally. I was thrilled about the price and how the transaction was handled and touted the dealership on FB. Fast forward to yesterday. I went to Landers-McLarty in response to a promotional flyer I received in the mail. I knew it would be a come on....win this car, win this prize, etc with the "special" key and scratch off code. After standing in line for several minutes, I was told I was not the next "customer' and was "invited" to step aside and take a seat for"just a moment". When I asked how long a moment would be I was told, in not the nicest way, "5 minutes". They also were capturing everyone's name, phone, address on a survey from....filled out by a sales rep. I listened as he pitched the lady in front of me. I decided the process, the wait and the treatment didn't merit any more of my time and left. The management team at Landers-McLarty changed several months ago and obviously not for the better. I guess I'll drive to Huntsville for my future scheduled maintenance visits and other needs. There's a lesson here for Landers-McLarty.....don't play games and treat potential customers with courtesy.....otherwise someone might post a message like this on FB and elsewhere. More
The entire Service Department staff at Landers McLarty Toyota is terrific and always friendly and helpful, ready to assist in any way. My wife hit a deer in her Land Cruiser earlier this week, and c Toyota is terrific and always friendly and helpful, ready to assist in any way. My wife hit a deer in her Land Cruiser earlier this week, and caused over $6K in damage. She walked away unharmed and only had body damage to her vehicle. Even though my wife hit a deer that ran out in front of her vehicle travelling at highway speed, my wife never lost control of her vehicle, and managed to stop in a straight line and never ran off the road or into the oncoming land of traffic. This is a testament to the STAR Safety System and durable quality of Toyota vehicles! Her truck has a front brush guard on the front and it took the brunt of the deer impact and protected the engine compartment from damage. Since the SUV was still drivable, I called Jennifer Mosquera, Service Manager, at Landers McLarty Toyota, and explained what had happened and that I wanted Melvin Gleghorn in the Service Department to check the Land Cruiser for any engine or drivetrain damage due to the deer collision. I immediately brought the SUV in for an inspection and Melvin gave the Land Cruiser a clean bill of health with no engine compartment damage found. Kenny Campbell, Service Writer, helped me to check out and said that was no charge for the engine inspection, and they further recommended me to the body shop the Toyota dealership uses for all their body work. I have been very impressed with Landers McLarty Toyota service experience for several years but have never taken the time to write a review until now. We trust no one else to provide service for our Toyota Tundra and Land Cruiser and have recommended their service department to all our friends and family. Jonathan, service writer was very friendly and accommodating to the type of service needed. Waiting room was relaxing and enjoyable. The available coffee, hot chocolate and other refreshments wa accommodating to the type of service needed. Waiting room was relaxing and enjoyable.
