SLOW Service Ok. This review is for the service department. 1. Was here a couple months ago with my wife's car for a simple oil service and tire rotation. Had an Ok. This review is for the service department. 1. Was here a couple months ago with my wife's car for a simple oil service and tire rotation. Had an appointment several days in advance for service. Arrived on time for my appointment. Waited 2.5 hours. No reason given. 2. Here today for service on my car. Same type service, oil change and tire rotation. Made appointment several days in advance. Arrived on time for appointment. Have been here two hours. Complained to the service manager. Her response was; " well we had one come in this morning that has taken one tech out of rotation for entire day, and with walk ins, we have fallen behind schedule." Why would you continue to take walk ins if you know you are going to be behind schedule all day? This place has no regards for its customers time. If you have to have service done here make arrangements to just drop it and leave it. If you are going to have to wait, I would advise driving to another location. More

I highly recommend the service department and dealership for all your automotive and truck needs. More
Just a few issues of concern When the tech informed me that I really needed new tires (and he showed me their wear status), I mentioned that I would be purchasing new tires at Sam When the tech informed me that I really needed new tires (and he showed me their wear status), I mentioned that I would be purchasing new tires at Sam's Club within the coming week. This service e appt. was for an oil/filter change and tire rotation. If the tech were truly interested in my service satisfaction, he could've easily suggested that I forego the expense of having my tires rotated. (It didn't occur to me or I would've mentioned it myself.) Next (as I was driving home), I found two black, greasy fingerprints on my headliner and visor. I know they weren't there before the service appt. Lastly, I keep a large bath towel over my floor mats, in an effort to preserve them from serious dirt, grease, etc. Normally, the techs would place paper mats in the floor before servicing. Since I have a towel in place, they don't use the paper mats. While I don't have a problem with that, I do have an issue with the towel(s) being bunched up, revealing my carpeted floor mats. This negates the purpose of having a towel in place. This is the first time I've written a negative review. Normally, I am extremely happy with my service. But, after 4 years or so of using Landers McLarty as my sole service provider, I feel they could be getting lax in customer service satisfaction and attention to detail. Note: I don't have my invoice handy, so I don't know which tech did the work. (I had to indicate a name to complete this survey, so I chose from memory. But, it may not be the correct person.) More
