I e-mailed the sales manager explaining in detail my disappointment and frustration with the car I had purchased, and after five days, I still haven't received a response from him. If you buy from this dealership, make sure you go over the sales numbers with a fine-toothed comb. They will throw in things like a $600 delivery fee, which means they didn't do anything to deserve that extra $600. They will increase the agreed-upon price by $50, hoping you won't notice. Their salespeople will SWEAR there is absolutely nothing wrong with the car you're purchasing, when in fact it probably has a multitude of problems, like mine did. Landers-McLarty has lost a customer for life. I hope you'll follow suit. More
