Krystal Rice ; Customer Service After my previous service person left, I was stuck trying to figure out what to do next. I spoke with Joe Johnson my salesman, wonderful salesperson; After my previous service person left, I was stuck trying to figure out what to do next. I spoke with Joe Johnson my salesman, wonderful salesperson; bought two vehicles from him, anyhow he gave me the names of two different people. I tried the first one and that didn't work out simply because the professionalism wasn't there. My first service person set the bar high for everybody else! I called Joe and he gave me a second name and it was Tykea's. I called her and she added me to her list of clients with no problem. When I say I was on my way out, I was not coming back to this particular dealership ever again! I told her who I dealt with the first time and how I expected the same service professionalism and the next person didn't meet my expectations. She assured me that it wouldn't happen again and when I say that Danny set the bar HIGH, she surpassed it! Anything I ask, she checks it out! I never have an issue with her and my appointments are very easy and straight to the point! As long as you have employees like her there, it would be my pleasure to keep doing business with you and bringing in new business! More

My questions about the work being done that I present to her are always explained in detail so that not only can I visualize what is being explained but I can understand the explanation. When I leave, I leave with great confidence that Ms. Jones has taken great care of me and that I am driving away with a safe car and one that has been given good care. More
Service is very slow! After having my Altima's transmission replaced here about 2 months ago, it was still acting up. I called to make an appt and got one for 10:15 and was After having my Altima's transmission replaced here about 2 months ago, it was still acting up. I called to make an appt and got one for 10:15 and was told my car would be washed.After not hearing a word for 3 hours I called to be told that it hasn't even been looked at and they would call by 2:00 to let me know the status or if it's even been pulled back yet. I called and spoke with the manager bc that was ridiculous and they had it done that night so I could pick it up the following day. Got there to see my car was ready, but had not been washed and looked like someone spit dip on the side of it. I will not be doing by business here again and do not recommend them! Come to find out it was there fault I was having issues, bc they put a part on the wrong way after replacing the transmission in the first place. More

Despise might not be the right word I absolutely despise this dealership. It has only been a few times that I've been in for some type of service and nothing went wrong. From me telling them an issue, telling me I didn't know what I was talking about (I saw a mechanic before I came), and then finding out all my problems was do to a transmission issue that I stated from the beginning. I have had a false claim of my tires being rotated and having to return because they weren't. I had my front license plate broken and no one said anything to me, but when I called to tell someone they already new. And what takes the cake, i just spent over $1000 on tires on July 25 and an offer started on August 1 and they won't honor the coupon. I call and leave messages for individuals and never get responses back. I requested a change of service rep, because it seemed that he had attitude when I came in one afternoon like he was ready to go home. It only seems as though I get referred to one manager that is semi-helpful. These issues are just to name a few. This has further confirmed to me that I dare not purchase another Nissan ever, especially if I live here. I will say that Dwayne has always been great with customer service. More
