Oil change nightmare I have never been treated worse anywhere I've been, I scheduled a oil change at 9:30am, arrived at 9:00 and waited until 12pm. I watched the waiting I have never been treated worse anywhere I've been, I scheduled a oil change at 9:30am, arrived at 9:00 and waited until 12pm. I watched the waiting room completely clear out 3 times and still was waiting. I had to go find someone to try to get my car back, the person who was 'helping me' went to lunch! I get my car back and find both seats laid back the stereo on and the ac blasting... for an oil change?! What were they doing inside long enough that they needed the stereo on and the ac blasting? The car was vacuumed very poorly it still has dog hair on the seats and whatever they used to haphazardly vacuumed the car left white marks and all the dark fabric seats. There are to scrape marks on the steering wheel now... I fear to even look to see what other damage they've caused. I received no paperwork so conveniently have no proof I was even there much less who 'took care of me'. I seriously regret ever going there and I'm going to post a copy of this on Facebook so others don't have to go through what I did. Thanks for the special day, it's one I won't forget. More

Did as asked by Mr. Mashburn and posted the issue to the web site. What is the use of posting it if it is not going to be addressed. Hope corporate is more responsive then the local dealership. service department scheduled repair on a used car for touchup paint. took the car to the service department the day the car was scheduted and the head service person sai scheduled repair on a used car for touchup paint. took the car to the service department the day the car was scheduted and the head service person said this shop did not do that type of work and was told to leave. I left the service area and called back to speak to the person that scheduled the appointment and she told me to return because she would take care of the problem. I was taken by their service driver and was told as soon as my car was ready would call and send the service to pick me up. I called myself about 4pm to check on my car and was told it was ready. When i tried calling the service department it took me 30minutes before someone answer the phone. I was told that the service department do not like to answer the alot alot in the afternoon. When i got to the service department my car had been ready since 10:47am. The service department cost me a whole for no reason. My car still has not been repaired due no paint. Paint must be order and it will be two weeks waiting. More
All Assumptions With No Data Took my wife's car here due to an issue where here Altima was not accelerating properly and was shutting off. Dropped it off on Tuesday night and no one got to it or even contacted us until Thursday. This was after numerous attempts to contact them. After performing some work to determine root cause, they called back and said they "believe" the exhaust was stopped up. But to be sure, they had to drop it and that it will be a $105 job. I asked how sure we're they that this was the issue and they said they were "pretty sure" based on past known issues with Altimas. After performing the work, it was determined that was not the issue. They next ran a fuel pressure check and determined it was the fuel pump. We were charged for the guess work that was not backed up by any data. Why not perform the fuel pressure check BEFORE dropping the exhaust? Told Sammy my concerns and he just gave me a blank stare. Wife is looking for another vehicle and we will not be getting it from Nissan. I do not want to judge their sales department and I have seen good reviews, but thank the service department for not getting our business. More

warranty no good! We bought a used Tahoe here 7 weeks ago. We also purchased a $2100 warranty offered to us at signing provided by National Warranty Administration Netw We bought a used Tahoe here 7 weeks ago. We also purchased a $2100 warranty offered to us at signing provided by National Warranty Administration Network. The finance employee we dealt with (not listed here) said it was a good idea due to the mileage on the vehicle and that the Select Plus package would cover anything we would need. 7 weeks later my Tahoe starts blowing smoke and burning oil! I make an appointment with the service department and they decided to send it to the Chevy dealership for a diagnosis. Turns out it needs valve covers, gaskets and valve seals totalling over $1300. The warranty company says they will not cover it due to the mileage and Eddie Williams says there is absolutely nothing the Dealership can do for me. So here we are, stuck in a used car that is smoking like crazy and burning oil with a $1300 repair hanging over our heads. Joe Johnson (our salesman) was amazing and made the car buying experience enjoyable and I really love each this Tahoe, but it just doesn't seem right to be stuck with this burden 7 weeks after buying it. More

I wish I had found it much earlier. My review relates to some work I had done about a year ago. The transmission went out on my 2008 Altima while leaving work in Huntsville. I had it towed to the nearest Nissan dealer which was Landers McLarty Nissan of Huntsville. It took around 3 weeks for them to get a replacement transmission in stock. They finally called to let me know my car was ready. $3500 later I left with my car. Fortunately for me the oil needed changing in my car a couple of days later. I took it to my local dealer to have this service done. They discovered that my new transmission was about to fall out. The bolts had only been hand tightened. According to them this was a dangerous situation. Needless to say, I will NEVER do anymore business with these people. More
This was the best experience with a service department I can remember. Danny is very personable, professional, and knowlegable. In fact, he went out of his way to assist me because I left my phone in my c can remember. Danny is very personable, professional, and knowlegable. In fact, he went out of his way to assist me because I left my phone in my car. Danny found the phone and had the shuttle driver deliver it to me on his next run. That may seem insignificant to some, but he offered to do that immediately and made sure to assist and prevent me being without my phone for too long. Thanks to the shuttle driver as well, even though I do not know his name. As far as the vehicle service, it was equally great. Danny called me to keep me informed let me know that they found the problem and were repairing it. The vehicle was ready sooner than I expected and the whole process could not have gone smoother. I recently brought my Nissan Maxima in to have 4 new tires mounted. I also wanted them to check to see if any of my rims were bad because I had been told by someone from a national chain oil changing p tires mounted. I also wanted them to check to see if any of my rims were bad because I had been told by someone from a national chain oil changing place that one was warped and making my wheel shake. My service personnel was Daniel Suski. He suggested an alignment because he said that might be making my wheel shake as well. He didn't push the service on me which was nice. He said they would check it and if it wasn't out of line, they would not charge me. The whole experience was a good one. Daniel maintained good communication with me throughout the whole process which I liked and appreciated. He washed my car and cleaned my rims which was a pleasant surprise. I would definitely bring my Maxima back to this dealership the next time I need any service work done. I would gladly ask for Daniel again to be my service advisor. More
