I encourage people to be more proactive, go out to your Service Adviser and ask if your car is not returned in a reasonable amount of time. If they do not have a satisfactory answer, ask to talk to the Customer Relations Manager, find out the problem and an estimate on how long the additional trouble/repair will take. Do not assume the Service Adviser will tell you if there's a problem or how long you will wait. I have discovered that some will not. The Service Manager and Customer Relations Manager were very concerned, they took my problems seriously, listened and explained how things had gone so wrong. We have owned Nissan's since the 80's, I wish to believe that this was a tremendous error and will not be repeated. I want to believe I can trust the Nissan dealerships in the future. Only time will tell and I'm not sure how my next service will go, they have not completely earned my faith but I'm willing to give them a second chance
