(I would have walked away.) To the contrary! His professional and courteous manner kept me looking. I test-drove three vehicles, then left - needing time to consider my options. On returning a few days later, Mr. Jones was not available. Mr. Burke took over where Mr. Jones left off. Excellent service, courteous manner and professionalism! I was given Curtis Terry over the phone and asked him about a Pathfinder with Bluetooth and backup camera he said “all models came with that”. Great wanted a larger vehicle that I prior had and thought the Pathfinder S would be within my budget. When I came in to my appointment Danielle was the one that helped me and did the test driving but I soon found that I would have to get a higher model of Pathfinder to get the items I wanted and I could not afford that. I considered the Rouge at that time with the 3rd row seating but the only one they had in stock had more price and options than I was really looking for so I started looking around at other dealers. Heritage Nissan in Rome GA had what I needed at a great price so I drove 3hrs to get there. Long story short they did not end up with the vehicle I wanted, did not want to refund my $500 for them to procure the vehicle that they did bring me and they jacked the price up $1400 to what was agreed upon. All that combined I walked away and on my 3 hour drive home I called Danielle. If I couldn’t get a Rouge with 3rd row I knew the Altima was the same size in comparison and even cheaper so I said “Look I need a car, a good price and I trust you with what you choose. She found me a 2015 Altima S with a Select package. Beautiful car and the price was amazing, a few more items that I needed but they didn’t overcharge based on the extras cause the package was nicely appointed. I told the closing guy I didn’t agree with her having to split the commission since Curtis pretty much ran me off because he didn’t know the vehicles and I spent a wasted trip prior. Danielle did most of my deal via text. I have some PTSD from Afghanistan so sitting in a loud, noisy, crowded dealership is very difficult for me. The finance department took a lot of time but it was a Sunday, the music in the showroom was very loud and my wait would have been more comfortable without it. More
