The F&A manager, Sam Zopfi was extremely helpful with financing as he "tied" it all together. Service is very slow! After having my Altima's transmission replaced here about 2 months ago, it was still acting up. I called to make an appt and got one for 10:15 and was After having my Altima's transmission replaced here about 2 months ago, it was still acting up. I called to make an appt and got one for 10:15 and was told my car would be washed.After not hearing a word for 3 hours I called to be told that it hasn't even been looked at and they would call by 2:00 to let me know the status or if it's even been pulled back yet. I called and spoke with the manager bc that was ridiculous and they had it done that night so I could pick it up the following day. Got there to see my car was ready, but had not been washed and looked like someone spit dip on the side of it. I will not be doing by business here again and do not recommend them! Come to find out it was there fault I was having issues, bc they put a part on the wrong way after replacing the transmission in the first place. More

He was : honest, no pressure, extremely patient and listened to my needs and concerns. I was a difficult customer as I was looking for a vehicle specifically for my back which had been injured and I recently had surgery. I literally test drive something like 8 cars at this one dealership. I was allowed to take 2 home with me overnight. My process took over 6 weeks. Never did Alan lose patience with me. Never was he unkind to me. Never did he get an attitude with me. He is an exceptional salesman who should absolutely be teaching others across the state and nation how to sell a car. I am very thankful for Alan and a manager named Bruce and highly recommend them both. Also, the store gave me more real money for my trade than any other Nissan dealership within a two hour radius of Huntsville. Alan is a great, great car salesman! This is a sincere and unsolicited review. The stars only go to five on this site, in that scale of one to five, I would give him an 8 star rating if I could. More
TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I came into this dealership today (1/4/17) on the recommendation of a friend. I have been dreaming of a Murano for years and while the new ones are ou I came into this dealership today (1/4/17) on the recommendation of a friend. I have been dreaming of a Murano for years and while the new ones are out of our price range, I was thrilled to find a Certified Used one with very low miles. So, I provided all of our information to see if we could be in the ballpark. I was very up front about our trade, money down ($0), & my payment limit. The salesman took all the information to whomever sits behind the magic desk and returned to report, "He says we can make it work". So I get my hopes up... call the husband to leave work and bring his car (the trade) to the dealership. I run home and get things together and return ready to drive away in my (used) dream car. My husbands car is appraised and the magic is complete, so we are called up to see the numbers. The salesman shows us an estimate for what will allow on our trade. It was a complete low ball. Then he shows me a payment TWO HUNDRED DOLLARS over my max PLUS $6000 down!?!? I understand the car world... I do! I have bought several new cars, one just 6 months ago at LM Jeep, but I have never had the rug pulled out from under me like what LM Nissan did. To be told the finance team could "make it work" with my terms was not just a bluff, but apparently a bold face lie. I have never been so angry or disappointed over a car deal. I lost my dream car over $200, & LM Nissan lost a customer. I feel I should also mention the friend that referred me was also there to complete her deal when she found out they had the "wrong payoff" on her car, making her deal over her limit as well. So, we BOTH left in the same cars we came in. Two deals mishandled and two unhappy customers in an hour. After leaving, I got angrier and angrier and called back. I asked to speak to a manager. A message was taken for "Eddie", but I did not receive a call back! Go elsewhere... I will! More

Anthony made me feel appreciated and at ease with the whole car buying experience. Bruce the floor manager was also a great experience. He sat down and worked with me until the right deal for me came into play. The were a great team to work with and I will most definitely recommend to other people for their next car purchases..Bruce the finance guy was also very pleasant to work with was fast , concise, and helpful Thanks for the great experience guys !!!!! My fiance bought a car from here and worked with the salesman, Delyeonne Walton. It was a horrible experience. First, the car wouldn't start on the lot so he was promised a new battery. Then they said the car had two key fobs, but they could only find one. They asked my fiance to bring his second key to his trade-in the next day and they'd give him the second key to the car he bought. He showed up the next day and they said they still couldn't find the second key. They also said the mechanics who were supposed to replace the battery had already left for the day. Mr. Walton said someone would go to my fiance's work the next day and bring a loaner car and the second key and take his car to replace the battery. No one ever showed up. After that, Mr. Walton has been incredibly hard to get ahold of. He won't answer his phone or respond to texts. It's been a runaround. We finally reached out to the manager. Now the manager is trying to charge us $350 for the key that Mr. Walton promised us. This is ridiculous. I see now that there are many other reviews similar to ours. Obviously this dealership has problems with management and its sales staff. I would go elsewhere. Save your money and stress and go to a reputable dealership! Lesson learned. More
