Got a new Murano Mitch was a very knowledgeable and polite salesman. After taking a test drive and answering numerous questions one weekend, we came back on another to Mitch was a very knowledgeable and polite salesman. After taking a test drive and answering numerous questions one weekend, we came back on another to find a Murano trim package and color that my wife and I could agree on. Mitch was very patient and showed us several cars on the lot multiple times. When it finally came down to close the deal, it was one of the more hassle free negotiations I've ever experienced. I'd recommend Mitch to anyone looking to buy a new Nissan. More

He actually got to know me and my spouse and we put our trust in him and it paid off. We have bought two vehicles from him. I was not a Nissan fan as a product overall (just a preference) but my experience with Elester turned me into one. Just like the saying goes "don't knock it until you try it", Elester's attitude and professionalism convinced us to try Nissan and now we are glad we did. Poor Customer Service We were sold a Rogue 3 months ago and for the last 2 months we have taken it back 5 times to have the heat fixed. One of the 4 vents is putting out he We were sold a Rogue 3 months ago and for the last 2 months we have taken it back 5 times to have the heat fixed. One of the 4 vents is putting out heat, the rest cold air. We have been told that it could not be fixed. We have a hard time getting people to contact us back and the only thing they say they can do is charge us an additional $14,000 to change it out for a Rogue that actually works. More
