Over the past 30 years I have compared and contrasted comparable vehicles to the one that I was shopping for and Nissan has been the winner six times in a row. Mitch Duvall was the employee that I dealt with and he was a wealth of information and met all of my expectations for this deal. The trade in was fair and within KBB guidelines and the total deal was within my budgetary requirements. Over the years our family has moved from sedans to vans to SUV's. Each time, Nissan has won me over with features and functions in each vehicle purchased. I have compared domestic and imports in my vehicle search each time I decided to trade. Though all have not been purchased at your dealership, Nissan has been a consistent winner. See you again in a few years folks. More

After more than seven hours, she took the time out to explain every feature on my brand new car, gave me a tour of the service department and how it works, and much, much more. She extended her services beyond the date of the purchase, which I did call upon her, and was print and just as professional. I wish I could a saleswoman like Jocarra eveytime! As long as she is here, I will patronize this dealership! More
Very Pleasant Buying Experience! We purchased our 3rd Nissan from Landers Huntsville, and it was a totally pleasant experience -- almost bordering on Fun! Our sales professional, Mr. We purchased our 3rd Nissan from Landers Huntsville, and it was a totally pleasant experience -- almost bordering on Fun! Our sales professional, Mr. Jeremiah Belanger is relatively new to the dealership and he is a 'diamond in the rough'. I hope that the sales staff grooms him to be a key part of their team. We purchased a 2017 Nissan Rogue S. It is an incredible value. This is a good dealer, and I would recommend it to anyone. More
Most easiest company to work with! So my salesman was John Hatmaker. When I first came to the dealership I had been to two other places who I will not name and one would not even offer So my salesman was John Hatmaker. When I first came to the dealership I had been to two other places who I will not name and one would not even offer anything for my trade. The other would offer my full value but didn't have a car that I fell in love with. When I first pulled into Nissan I got out to view their selection of sedans. Shortly after I got out here comes John. At first I was like great, already about to have to deal with another salesman like the other ones before that are pushy and annoying. Not the case here. First he went over differences between the two types I was looking at. Then he got a list of the requirements I would like to have in my car so he would know what to pull for me to test drive. Of course with already going to two other dealerships I immediately wanted to know my trade in value before they start dealing. They were able to match the best price I had and had my monthly lease amount where I wanted it. So on to the test drive....the knowledge of John was remarkable. Showed me that he wasn't just trying to make a sale but trying to ensure he gave me all details to see if I wanted the car. I'd never considered Nissan before this. The process was painless besides making the payment. ;) He stayed the entire time we were there. I will definitely be back to purchase from Nissan again as long as everything goes smoothly from here. When we finally got back to financing I believe his name was Sam? Explained everything, I liked that he didn't try to just chit chat the whole time we were ready to leave. We signed our documents, made the payment and left happy customers! I've even referred my sister to go talk to them since she's in the market. More

The salesman lied to my husband when we asked if the car we started to buy had been wrecked he said no, so I took the car to get checked and yes the car had been wrecked 3 times all major. That's how we ended up getting a new car. Brent was rude of the rudest. It all came to him being rude because we didn't want to purchase a gap insurance plan from him that was a total rip off. To tell someone that their making no sense because their being smart with their money. With my father being in finance I mean really did you think you were going to rip us off!!! Will never buy anything else from them. I could go on and on. The staff don't work as a team. They only wanna work with their on culture I mean it was a bad car buying experience. 2017 More

After sitting in the showroom for multiple hours, I went home that evening with assurance that the vehicle I was looking at would be mine come the following Monday since it was a Saturday evening when I arrived. After waiting nearly all day on Monday, I ended up having to speak with multiple finance managers and reiterate to them that other than the money that I had already put down, I was unable to bring anything else to the table. I was then questioned multiple times to see if I could bring three different amounts, and again told them that it wasn't an option and that the deal would either be made on the terms already agreed too, or it would need to be terminated. A couple of hours later, I got a call stating that the deal was finalized and that I could come pick up my new to me vehicle when I got off work. Mind you, I was unable to test drive the vehicle on the day that I looked at it because a mechanic had locked the keys in his tool box and went home. When I arrived that evening after work, the truck was sitting on the front lot, but it had not been cleaned up and the window switch didn't work. I was told that the window switch was on order and that I would receive a call to set up and appointment to have it installed when it came in. After three days, I called to check on the status of the order and was told it was still on order, and very rudely told that I would receive a call when it arrived. I have worked in an automotive service department before and knew that it shouldn't take that long to receive the parts, so I called the sister dealership that sold the brand of vehicle I bought and was told that the part was most likely in stock with them. I felt I had been lied to by the Nissan rep at this point. After waiting all day today to hear from someone, I called back to the dealership to check again on the status and was told the part was sitting on a shelf in the parts department waiting to be put on, but they didn't know who to contact because it just had a vin number attached. In my opinion, this shows a lack of communication between departments, which leads to a very unprofessional feel. All around, it wasn't a very good experience, but they were able to work with me on getting into an upgraded vehicle for my family, so I can't fault them on that. More
