Mr Eddie William is not a nice man and he has a bad temper I don’t like the way he talked to me when I brought my daughter a 2022 Nissan Altima. When he first came into the office I told him don’t wast temper I don’t like the way he talked to me when I brought my daughter a 2022 Nissan Altima. When he first came into the office I told him don’t waste my time by playing games with me and I wouldn’t waste his time. His tone of voice made me feel like he wanted to talk down to me. I’m not sure if it was because I was a woman or what. When I kept asking and about my APR he would not tell me. Then he tried quoting me and APR before checking me credit score 4.99%. I told him I wasn’t accepting an APR for that percent. Then I told them to get me someone else because I didn’t want to talk to him anymore. Then he blows up and say that he wasn’t going to sell me a car. By that time I was on my way out the door going to my car. When he seen that I was not playing game with them at the dealership and I was leaving. He came out and halfway apologized. The only reason why I bought the car from from Lander’s Mcclarty Nissan is because I had an excellent salesman and my daughter like the car. I will never recommend that dealership to anybody. More

My experience through Nissan was the absolute worst I have ever received. I was strung along for weeks and my issue was never fully resolved. They completed work that I specifically told them not to, and have ever received. I was strung along for weeks and my issue was never fully resolved. I have contacted, left voicemails, and spoke with people over the phone who said they would resolve my issue and they never called back. So the only way I seem to be able to get in touch with someone to share my experience is when they message me on Christmas Day(!!!!!!) to fill out a survey regarding my experience. I will not be returning to this dealership to have the rest of my services completed, and will be filing with the BBB. More
