We had been thinking of a car replacement for awhile, but just hadn't quite nailed it down. I had put an inquiry on the web and Lisa answered right away. After we arrived I looked at the car we had in mind. She demonstrated it in detail. Unfortunately it wasn't what we wanted and we moved up to a bigger car with more features. Lisa was again to show us what "WE" wanted, with no complaint. We were certainly put in the car we wanted that very day. The greatest two things I can remember were: We were given the chance to freely speak our piece and speak up about our ideas and what we wanted and deal with a salesperson who really understood what we wanted and knew the answers to all our questions. Communication and Customer NOT TOP PRIORITY This dealership has gone downhill in recent months. They don't care about the customer, or call them back in a timely manner when they say they will. I was interested in a car they told me they would let me know when it would be ready for sale, it was even on their website for sale. Three days later i called to inquire about where the car might be. They told me it went to auction that morning, but they would get it back for me. I called the next day only to find out that they had not gotten the car back. It had been sold at the auction right out from underneath me. I called the next day to find out what kind of ridiculous business practice this is. The Sales Manager, who i seemed to have forgotten his name, started yelling at me that there was something wrong with the car and that sending it to auction was in the best interest of the dealership. Then why was it for sale online?!?!?! I used to buy a lot of my cars from this dealership. I will never step foot on their property ever again. I will inform all my friends and family that this dealership doesn't really care about the customer. I would stay as far away from this dealership as possible. More
