If you take your vehicle here for any type of mechanical work ,Expect to be LIED to,be charged for warranty work that was never done. Had truck since April 2022 with 15000 miles. Have been back and forth 7 times still not repaired. Went to dealership on Thursday Sept 22 talked to Shane Anderson ,he showed me the diagnostic sheet that was showing a misfire and that my New u connect was in to replace the one in truck that was completely messed up. Promised he would check out and drive my truck when I bring it in the next day. Took off again got there ,was asked by Stan Borucki if I had someone to pick me up. I told him I did not that I was not leaving my truck to sit in their back lot for up to 7 days to be diagnosed and possibly 30 days before someone would fix the truck. Told him Shaun promised to drive my truck when I got there. He proceeded to tell me that Shaun was not going to look at it until display was replaced. Took 2 hrs to do that Stan said truck is ready ,told him it was not checked for the misfire by Shaun ,told me that wasn't going to happen. Handed me a bill for 301.00 while telling me the display they put in did not work correctly that I would have to reschedule to have another one put in. Told him I would not pay for work that was not done. After raising xxxx with him and the GM I got my keys back and left. Talk to warranty dept. They said they was charged for 7 days car rental, was never given a car charged for a display that was still broke. I never signed any type of paperwork or approved the work that was not done. Expect to be given the run around or lied to. Have never been cheated or lied to like I have been from this dealership. More
Bought a 2018 Ram 1500 Limited with 15,000 miles in April 2022. This was after my other 2018 was stolen after having less than a month from this dealership. That's why I purchased another vehicle because of the GREAT SERVICE BY TRAVIS CHRISTIAN. Was assured by Latavyn Johnson this vehicle was top of the line had no issues. The following weekend I took the truck back with Misfire issues. But was told it was supposed to run like that because of MDS system. I told them I just had the exact truck 5.7 hemi that was just stolen and it never missed this bad. Acted like I didn't know what I was talking about because no codes were showing on dash . So instead of standing there arguing with them like I normally would , I left thought maybe I was wrong. This went on for another 2 weeks. Knowing truck is not supposed to run this way since this is my 4 Ram 5.7 hemi. Went back they still insisted I was wrong. The next weekend took my girlfriend and her mother to Columbia Tenn about half way the digital display goes crazy. Flashing through channels turning heater on which would not turn off no matter what I did . Had to roll all windows down just to be able to drive in 100 degree weather. When we got to Columbia will they ate I sat in hot xxx truck trying to figure out a way to turn heater off. After about 45 minutes of still not able to turn heat off this man came up and wanted to know if I needed help . He disconnected both battery cables to do a hard reset. Was able to make it back to Athens. Took to service dept was told I would have to make an appointment asked would they see if they could at least stop the display from going haywire said appointment had to be made ,wanted to know if I wanted a service since it was getting close told them your out of your mind. Truck is under warranty . I would let them put water in it. Didn't want to talk to me since its under warranty and that I would pay for something I didn't need. made an appointment then was told I would have to leave on appointment day for 7 days before it would be looked at and more than likely a month before they could get to it. I had already had a diagnostic by a real Mechanic . showed a u code. Ask them why would I leave my truck setting in their back lot for over a month without a vehicle to drive. Was told Warranty work was not a priority because it they could not overcharge me for work I don't need and pay cash. Unless I was looking to buy another vehicle there was no need for them to talk to me. If there was a way they could get this LEMON BACK More

Took to the dealership and was told it would be 7-10 days before they could even look at it but if I make an appointment I would not lose my place in line and they would evaluate it immediately if I made an appointment. Lie number one. I made appointment and still waited another 11 days before they even touched it. No communication, no updates, no calls. Had to fight them to get a rental. Keep in mind, truck is under bumper to bumper warranty. They gave me 3 dates that the transmission was to be delivered. Lie number 2 and 3. After 2 months they finally tell me the truck will be ready today. Lie number 4 the truck was not ready, supposedly they were out driving doing a quality control check/drive. My so called personal person who was handling my truck was off so Shane Anderson, so called service manager(what a joke) came out and said it was not ready and it was going through quality control. (Again why tell me it will be done and I drive 25 miles to pick it up) I said you have had my truck for two months I will _ _ _ _ _ _ g quality control my own truck. This so called service manager, glorified service writer I believe has the xxxxx to tell me, who just paid $70,000 for a truck less then a year ago, to not bring my truck back if its not fixed. Well he knew something, because there is no way that they put a new transmission in. It is louder then when I took it in. Shifts harder then when I took it in. And the transmission temp light came on with in 5 miles. What a joke. This is the type of people that the Chrysler Corp has representing them. Now I'm left with no other recourse but our legal system to attempt to get my new truck on the road, because the folks at Landers McClarty Chrylser Jeep of Huntsville seriously do not understand customer service and certainly do not stand behind the product. Had another positive experience at the Landers McLarty DCJR Service Department during and after a scheduled maintenance visit. Following a multi-point inspection and addressing a few concerns with Hannah DCJR Service Department during and after a scheduled maintenance visit. Following a multi-point inspection and addressing a few concerns with Hannah Mann my service advisor, additional parts were ordered and I received notice from Wrenne Gillespie as soon as the parts arrived to schedule installation.. Mercedes Myers handled the vehicle intake and return and was upbeat and professional when discussing my concerns. Dejuan Lamar met with me when I dropped the vehicle off to give me the details of what the issues were and what they would do to address them. Although I have their top tier extended warranty plan, this visit was done about 70 miles before my 36,000 mile "bumper to bumper" warranty expired. I was extremely impressed that the service team worked so well together to ensure that all of my concerns were addressed and that I had no further questions or concerns. I cannot think of anything any of them could have done any better to assist me or to represent their dealership or the Jeep brand. . More
Had my Pacifica Hybrid towed in after it quit in traffic. It has been over 4 weeks and as far as I know it is still sitting outside. Will provide a rating each week until I get it back repaired. Updated rating to 4 stars after dealer contacted me and agreed to accept my vehicle for trade-in on ordering a new vehicle. Also, the van is in the shop and being assessed. Hopefully progress is being made. Over 6 weeks now and waiting for guidance from higher up before any repairs can begin. Over 8 weeks and was just notified that higher up decided the transmission needs to be replaced. Dealer has to wait for higher up to order it and have it delivered, no estimate of how long that will be. 2 Sept2022, van in shop since 14 Jun and I was told Wednesday the mechanic that was working on the van left. Have to wait to be assigned to another mechanic but might be ready by next Friday. Lowered the rating to 3 stars, was told the new transmission came in two weeks ago and it seems it should be installed by now. 8 September, was called late yesterday that the van was ready and quality controlled. Went to get it today and noticed the bag with the charge cable laying on the floor inside the back hatch. Went to put it away and the door on storage compartment wouldn't latch. They took it back into the shop and had to reattach a piece that had come off but did get it fixed. The service tech then noticed that the back of the storage compartment had been broken and said he ordered a new part to replace it and would call when it comes in. Will have to go back to get that fixed, but for now we have the van back and hopefully it will be good to go. Unless something bad happens this wll end my post after almost 3 months without our van. More
At 44000 miles a $1000 repair for a water leak. Said it was wear and tear, which is covered by 3 yr 36000 warranty, but not 5 yr 50000. Leak was transmission heater line. Poor design. We took my Dodge Ram Truck in for just an oil change & tire rotation on Sat.,5/28. It started shutting down the very next day, on Sun. 5/29..tried calling Service Dept for entire week..left messages, emai tire rotation on Sat.,5/28. It started shutting down the very next day, on Sun. 5/29..tried calling Service Dept for entire week..left messages, emails, etc..finally had to go back in person without the vehicle on Sat. 6/4 to speak to Service Dir. ,Ron Holby. He assured me they would take care of it. I had it towed in at my own expense on Mon 6/6/22.. received call from Service Advisor (Hannah Mann) no space available and the Tech was going on vacation on Fri ..the vehicle was sitting there for the next three weeks 6/6-24/2022. I was without a vehicle for a total of four (4) weeks after receiving a reg "oil change". (We had no problems before this service)I did receive a call saying it would cost me $900.00 to perform a diagnostic test to find the problem. I asked to speak to the Service Manager and was told he would call me right back...I'm still waiting! I also sent an email request to the owner, Frank Williams and received no response. Finally had to call service dept on Friday 6/24/22 and had my truck towed (yet again at my own expense)to another shop in town. It took them ONE DAY to repair the problem and $380.00! I will never use this location to service my Dodge Ram Truck ever again! Awful service and very unprofessional!! I'm very disappointed in the type of service I received after being a loyal customer for over ten (10) years....but NEVER AGAIN!!!! More

Try to confirm when you need to take it in for the first service - don't bother calling their service department because they are rude and unhelpful, you are much better looking online for another dealer's website recommendation. Ask at the parts department because you are having a hard time working out the correct part number for a seat cover - don't bother they will give you the part number to replace the seat and then tell you, you are probably better off buying online. And heaven forbid anything actually goes wrong with your vehicle because the bunch of clowns are the least technical car mechanics I've ever had the misfortunate to encounter. Seriously, your truck can be sat in their parking lot for over 24hours and they can't even acknowledge receipt because apparently, that isn't part of their protocol. And if something drains your battery absolutely stone dead don't expect them to be able to tell you why, offer you a loaner, or even go to the inconvenience of dropping your car back at your home for you. This company then wouldn't know customer service and effective communication if it slapped them in the face. Honestly, I'm fairly certain they've labeled me as the issue when a simple online search and some customer training would do them the world of good.
