Unpleasant Experience I visited this dealership Sat, Dec 29th to purchase a car. I had been in contact with the Sales Manager, Deonte. I also had my own approved financin I visited this dealership Sat, Dec 29th to purchase a car. I had been in contact with the Sales Manager, Deonte. I also had my own approved financing in which I brought with me. We only needed to negotiate the numbers. He then put me with a salesman, Brian. This is where my happiness ended. Brian treated me like he didn't want to sell me this car. He was very dry in his delivery of every detail. He kept trying to give me the numbers according to their financing and I said several times that I was using my financing. As we talked numbers, he also felt the need to keep giving me analogies. He said " I deal in facts and reality and we can't put emotions into this". I was a little confused but then he went on to say " You know how when you are sleeping and having a really good dream but then you wake up to REALITY?" In other words, my dream of owning this particular car was not going to happen. It was insulting and unprofessional. I felt that because I was a woman, he treated me differently because when he stopped to talk to another male customer while waiting on the manager, he was all smiles and jokes. With me, it was the complete opposite. In the end, when I was ready to walk out, Deonte then tried to give me the closest terms to what I could work with but because of the treatment I received from BRIAN, I asked for my car keys so I can leave. It took me asking more than once for Brian to get my keys so that I could leave. Salesman should not act this way toward customers. I would tell anyone to be wary of going here. More

He showed me a Jeep Grand Cherokee first, and he knew from the look on my face that I wasn’t interested in he. He then showed me the vehicle I fell in love with, a 2019 Dodge Durango GT.
