Shannon was very knowledgeable and able to answer all our questions. She was extremely professional in everything she said and done...down to bringing us bottled water! She listened to what we wanted and was able to grab the car we described to her. They had ONE on the lot. She respected our date we planned to purchase on the condition we come back the week before to ensure OUR car was still available. If not, she wanted time to find one at another location so we would have exactly what we wanted. Shannon went a step further adding a personal touch by calling her supervisor down and showing her personal challenger with the "blackout" package since we had shown a bit of interest in that option.
