I would give them a zero if possible!! They have had my car since August. I have had to chase them every 5 days for an update on my car. They told me that they did when he first called me back on September 1st. they're telling me there's nothing wrong and they can't duplicate my transmission problem yet every single person who has borrowed my car has brought it back because they say it's unsafe and the transmission is not functioning properly so clearly they have not driven this car because you don't even have to get out of the parking lot to have the transmission slip. these are the most disrespectful and rude people I have ever dealt with and I will never go back. Take your car anywhere else but don't take it to this facility. More
