I would go to Decatur or Albertville to buy one now, I should of listened to the Senior Center people in Gunterville, they told us to stay a way from Landers McLarty as they had no good to say about them. Ian has tried to help (our sales person) but he is just a puppet and can not help at all. Its to bad that Landers McLarty does not stand by the warranty. I will have to go to Decatur or Albertville for service. Chrysler should be proud of Landers McLarty the way they treat customers, ats all about there profit only. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. More

I went to drop my truck off for a scheduled appointment and they told me it would take upwards of 72 hours to even do a diagnostic on the vehicle. Why TF schedule an appointment with someone if you cannot and they told me it would take upwards of 72 hours to even do a diagnostic on the vehicle. Why TF schedule an appointment with someone if you cannot see them at that time, let alone that day? “I know you had an appointment to have your vehicle worked on this morning, but just leave it with us for the better part of a work week”. Either schedule appropriately, or don’t schedule at all. This service department was a colossal waste of time. More

Went in for a test drive. Salesman Robert Sawyer said he was just going to do a soft pull on my credit. I said I wasn’t ready to buy put he repeated it was only a soft pull. I then got notified by my credit bureau app that a hard inquiry was done. When I confronted him -the coward did not man up and straight up lied to my face said he never said it. In fact blamed a co-worker for saying it. I will never go back to Jeep Landers Mclarty. That salesman is awful More
