Was told that my car had a recall and that I would have to pay for the recall fix since my car was out of the 3 year/36,000 bumper to bumper warranty. This is of course COMPLETE xx since the GM issued reca to pay for the recall fix since my car was out of the 3 year/36,000 bumper to bumper warranty. This is of course COMPLETE xx since the GM issued recall is paid for by GM. These are the petty tactics used by your average "Crime Family". It's just amazing what many companies think they can get away with these days. My advice is: Don't do business with criminals. Stealing is stealing regardless of how you go about it. More

I brought my 2023 Silverado into service for a leak; after getting a diagnosis of a leaking valve cover and I was told the part was on back order and no end in sight. From there I was told that it was l after getting a diagnosis of a leaking valve cover and I was told the part was on back order and no end in sight. From there I was told that it was leaking over the exhaust manifold, and it would be better if I left the vehicle. So, I did, for over a month. After that month went by and still no part, I called multiple dealerships looking for the part that was supposably not available. It took me 5 minutes to find it. It doesn't end there, today I found out that Chevy denied my claim for reimbursement because this dealership and Jason Sharp told Chevrolet that I was capable of taking my vehicle home when I was actually told it would be better to leave it at the dealership. STAY AWAY. If you need warranty work, oil change, or ANYTHING that has to do with service. Go to another GM dealer. More
