worst experience in my adult yrs of buying a vehicle, once you & your salesman have agreed on a price, you're shuffled off your salesman could care less about you & seeing through closing the deal. my tr once you & your salesman have agreed on a price, you're shuffled off your salesman could care less about you & seeing through closing the deal. my truck wasn't detailed or even washed as they hod promised, I left the lot with an empty gas tank that was promised to be full. I live out of state & did not realize until I got home the truck did not have a drive out tag on it. I called first thing the next morning promised to get it FedEx next day to me, I called back that afternoon just to follow up & make sure they got it out, assured me it was sent. no FedEx delivery for me next day! called that afternoon, & was told it had been sent & that they had no control over FedEx deliveries by 2 different people!! finally got the sales manager to look into it & was told NO FedEx was ever sent out to me! that he would see to it his self, witch he did & sent a photo of the envelope with the tracking number, I received the next day 4 days after driving off the lot!!! More

This is a genuine "5 STAR" review. "Excellent" does not come close to describing the service given to us by the staff at Landers McLarty Chevrolet. We we broke down, stranded, and 1500 miles from home. Our issue was a serious one. When we called Landers we were told it would be 10 days before we could make an appointment. We explained our situation and they found a way to fit us in. 2 days later we were on our way home. John, Mike, and the service staff were incredible in every way. The gratitude my wife and I have for the Landers McLarty staff goes far beyond a "5 star" rating. Thank you all!!!! More

I inquired about the truck via car. com (contact dealer) and the dealership never responded. Guess they don’t want to sell a vehicle and lucky for me Chevy dealerships are a dime a dozen com (contact dealer) and the dealership never responded.
