Amazing group of people who were really kind and accommodating. Everything from the guys who opened the door and got me to the service department, to the guy who was resolving my issue, the gentleman and lady who found me a comfortable quiet place to sit so I go do some work in peace... amazing. Much improved service at Landers Kia Last year, I had a very unsatisfactory experience with the Landers Kia service department. I tried to get a Kia Soul recall taken care of but I was to Last year, I had a very unsatisfactory experience with the Landers Kia service department. I tried to get a Kia Soul recall taken care of but I was told that they had to order a part, after waiting over an hour in the waiting room. The guy who appeared to be in charge that day was unimpressive in every way. Yesterday, I had the opposite experience. Everything went smoothly and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Besides getting the recall taken care of new weather stripping was ordered for the passenger's side of the care, while it is still under warranty. There were free refreshments and WiFi in the waiting room and Landers employees treated us very well. More
