When I dropped my car off, I gave a detailed note on my car being raided b You guys could be better by listening to the client than do what you think. When I dropped my car off, I gave a detailed note on my car being raided by rat,rodent and ate my wires that linked to my transmission.i expected the technician to check wires first but he opened the transmission first and charged me for that labour before then going back out to see that the issue is wiring problem. I paid gravely for this and I hate to think of it. The reason I paid is just that after that,I have more assurance of my vehicle health, haven checked it for performance by dealership. If I can get some fund charged back to my credit card, I will be better off. Check the call logs and notes on this service, I told the agent that rodent are my wires while I was on roadtrip and had my car packed for 5 days but instead of run checks on wiring harness that could take 30mins max, the tech jumped to my transmission and charged me labor for the hours spent. More
