As "the Face" of Lan I enjoy visiting your dealership. Service writer Enid always makes me feel welcome and treats me as though I'm her only customer. As "the Face" of Landers Kia--the first person you encounter when you enter the service area--she's perfect. Always with a warm smile, her engaging attitude makes a person feel good about being a Landers customer. While sitting in the waiting area, another delightful lady opened the door to announce that she had just popped popcorn & offered me a bag! Nice touch. I also enjoyed a delicious cup of french vanilla coffee and was surprised when a service tech came in to tell me that my vehicle was ready! And that was at least 15 minutes shorter than the time estimate I had been given. Further, the tech explained to me what had been done to my car ... told me all I had to do was sign the release paper the sweet cashier handed me ... and pointed to my car waiting right at the door. What a nice experience! Thanks to everyone involved. More
