Much improved service at Landers Kia Last year, I had a very unsatisfactory experience with the Landers Kia service department. I tried to get a Kia Soul recall taken care of but I was to Last year, I had a very unsatisfactory experience with the Landers Kia service department. I tried to get a Kia Soul recall taken care of but I was told that they had to order a part, after waiting over an hour in the waiting room. The guy who appeared to be in charge that day was unimpressive in every way. Yesterday, I had the opposite experience. Everything went smoothly and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Besides getting the recall taken care of new weather stripping was ordered for the passenger's side of the care, while it is still under warranty. There were free refreshments and WiFi in the waiting room and Landers employees treated us very well. More

The staff that I came in contact with were all super nice and courteous. Stacy Cowden took care of my car and had it ready in good time. I had recounted to him an experience I had that morning in Malvern with a appointment to have my car washed and cleaned. I told the person I had to go to Little Rock later and told him the time. He said "no problem, it will be done." When I went back to get it, it hadn't been touched. Stacy had my car washed for me, that was not expected and most certainly very appreciated! I would recommend Steve Landers locations to anyone looking for a new or used car. In fact, I had told my husband if I was to want a new car, I would go there. More
