Service was as expected. Two issues were not replicable, but I believe them to be heat related, so I can't fault the service department. You need to have oil changes as a loss leader to bring people in. Sell them for the cost of the materials, then inspect the vehicle for any other needed work. Loaner vehicles should not be under threat of being a rental. Especially if the owner's vehicle is still very new. Additionally, do NOT use your lowest end vehicles as loaners. It makes those who brought in a high-end vehicle disappointed with the dealership. Also, you want to upsell to people with low and mid-range vehicles. More

Avoid Landers Kia service department at all costs. Slow & expensive. I ended up paying $800 in extra costs because the technicians forgot to document damage for an insurance claim, and I couldn't get Slow & expensive. What an outstanding company. Lander’s is the best. Will Monroe was our first sales rep we leased a gold k5 ex loaded. Great auto.
