I have been working on getting warranty work completed and have experienced multiple road blocks. I was told I’d receive a call when the parts were in and didn’t I called and made an appointment anyway and have experienced multiple road blocks. I arrived to find the parts were in, but they didn’t realize this included the placement of the rear back windows, so nothing was done. I was told someone would call to schedule with me, aping with “The glass guy” to do the work. I waited 2 weeks for a call, then, I called 3 separate times to be told again, someone will call. I didn’t receive a call. On a scheduled day off, ai drove up to the dealership to talk to someone. I told them what all had happened and I waited for them to talk to the person who handled my case in the past. When they came back, they said there are no parts with your name in stock now. Once again, I was told I would get a call by the end of the day, BUT if you don’t get a call, call Clay or Tony Wall because “I am off tomorrow”. No call came, and Tony told me to text him as he gets a lot of solicitors that call him. I texted him and have still heard nothing. This warranty work needs to be done prior to 60k miles and I am approaching this mileage. I have put on 3-4 thousand miles since I have started trying to get this work done. I am truly frustrated and don’t know what else to do but report this here, then move to the General Manager. More
