Oil change I was in and out in just over an hour. Staff was friendly and the waiting room was very clean and comfortable. Horrible service department Appointments mean nothing to this place. I made an appointment for a Thursday morning at 10:00 a.m., only to find out on Saturday that they wouldn't Appointments mean nothing to this place. I made an appointment for a Thursday morning at 10:00 a.m., only to find out on Saturday that they wouldn't be able to even look at my car until Monday. So why not be honest and tell the customer there are no openings till Monday? And it gets worse because I have had to go back four times for the same issue because they have been unable to figure out how to fix the problem. Communication is practically non-existent. I was not kept abreast of the situation with my car and if I left a message, I was not likely to have my call returned. I have always loved my Ford cars, but for the first time in nearly two decades, I recently purchased a different brand for the sole reason that I am not willing to deal with the incredibly poor service here. I should state that the receptionist and cashiers were always very nice and polite. That is the only good thing I have to say. More
