I always have a great experience except for the latest trip. I took my car in for an oil change and my tires needed attention. It was there all day and I went to pick it up only to realize they didn’t che trip. I took my car in for an oil change and my tires needed attention. It was there all day and I went to pick it up only to realize they didn’t check my tires. I had to go back and was there an additional hour and a half because my tire needed replaced. The manager gave me a discount but the service tech was pretty flippant about it. I will go back because this is the only bad experience I have had there. More
