Best Experience I've Had Recently at Landers Ford It is difficult to get an oil change during the week and impossible on Saturdays due to the number of customers. It took me three attempts to get my o It is difficult to get an oil change during the week and impossible on Saturdays due to the number of customers. It took me three attempts to get my oil changed and even then it was a two hour wait. If it weren't so close to my house, I might go elsewhere. However, Joey and Ron were by far the most friendly and gracious people I have dealt with in the Quick Lane. I have confidence in the techs who do the work but my prior encounters with the Quick Lane managers and advisors have not been very pleasant. That is why I give this service center a three star out of five star rating. I encourage Landers to keep these two men working in the Quick Lane since there are so many people who form their opinion of Landers based on their experiences in this department. More
