Overall service was good but it seems every time I go there for anything, some employee gives unsolicited commentary about politics. Ford needs to keep it out of the work place for customers. I was traveling from Michigan to California, had cruise control problems with my new car, and took it to Landers. They had it for 2 days and I was told a dirty windshield was causing the senor problem. I control problems with my new car, and took it to Landers. They had it for 2 days and I was told a dirty windshield was causing the senor problem. I never got a service report and, of course, the problems continued throughout my trip. Thankfully Kearny Mesa Ford in San Diego took care of the problems before my return trip home. More
They don’t answer the phone or return calls. Ever. Just have to take the car over and try to find someone. Receptionist very rude.
