I describe my issues to the service Employee, when I get the bill I see they have changed the oil, wrote that the tail light is out and that the parking brake cable is loose and needs to be replaced. Service Employee did not tell me any of this. Just handed it off to payment. I went out to my truck to leave and noticed the tail light was not repaired. When I went back in to see why this wasn't fixed they told me they were out of parts. The issue is I told them my tail light is out, Landers then looks at the tail light say yes sir you are correct your tail light is out, then ask 45 dollars for this crucial bit of troubleshooting. I paid the bill as I had somewhere else to be and didn't have time to argue this. It is now 7Dec21, several weeks later. I have called the customer service manager Laura Mullinax 3 separate times on different days and left voice mail each time and no one has reached out to me at all for a resolution to my issue. EDIT On Wednesday December 8 Chris Lawhon reached out to me to correct this issue. He offered to apply the amount paid for 'troubleshooting' to the repair of the parking brake. They are telling me they are ordering the parking brake cables and will let me know when it's in. More
