I appreciate the direct line of communication with Heather so I can receive quick updates about my car while it was getting worked on. It was a smooth process. Heather so I can receive quick updates about my car while it was getting worked on. It was a smooth process. More
My experience with Landers Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram was a pleasant one. The team assisted in getting to the cause of the issue I was having with my Jeep Wrangler. What I thought would be a week or longer per pleasant one. The team assisted in getting to the cause of the issue I was having with my Jeep Wrangler. What I thought would be a week or longer period of time without a vehicle, Heather and team made sure that by the end of the same day, my vehicle was fixed and returned to me. I always appreciate the warm welcoming environment provided, and would recommend this dealership to friends, families, and strangers alike, without hesitation. More
Brought my jeep in because the cable allowing me to open my driver side door from the inside had snapped and my window regulator in the same door was broken. My appointment was on Saturday but did not get a my driver side door from the inside had snapped and my window regulator in the same door was broken. My appointment was on Saturday but did not get a call about my vehicle til Sunday. I felt uneasy after being given the quote to fix both because I was told the regulator part alone was $700. I found the exact part also straight from MOPAR for about $400. I said don’t fix the regulator, just the door since the $1700 quote was a lot right before Christmas. The window was up and fine when I dropped off my car I just needed to be able to get out of my car. I was advised that that was fine but to know that the regulator part is what hold the window up, so while my window was up now (at the time on the phone) it could fall down before I brought it back again to get fixed. I said okay and was told they’d give me a call back later that day. Two days later (Tuesday) I got a call saying my car was ready. I felt again uneasy when I walked in to pick it up and the man who took in my car and did the work never acknowledged me or that I was waiting for him even after looking at me. I had to go to a different person just to be asked why I was there. Then my car was not brought out to me. I was told it was out back somewhere. I again felt uneasy but whatever. Don’t worry, it wasn’t hard to find my car “outback somewhere” since they had taped up my window with neon tape. Nobody ever told me the window had already fallen, but at this point I’m glad because I still would’ve taken it else where to get fixed at this point, but I would’ve liked to know at least. Trash from the parts they fixed were left in my car as well. Then on the way home I noticed the seal from my window/door connecting area was off and severely misaligned, so wind was getting in. I was also given the complimentary multi point inspection as with most jeep service and noted on my receipt, but I was given my car back with the same low tire pressure from when I dropped it off.
