This dealership was clean. The staff was courteous. They gave me a time when my service would be complete and the were true to their estimate. My sales expierence was great then come time for a service I call and make an appointment go up there they have no-one in the oil changing part due to the winter weather that's understandable so I res service I call and make an appointment go up there they have no-one in the oil changing part due to the winter weather that's understandable so I rescheduled get there at my time and it's still a 3 hour wait bc they do walk ins during the week and it's first come first serve instead of like other dealerships where it's appointments Monday thru Friday and walk ins only on Saturday but anyway I decide to try to next day I get there at 630 and they open at 7 I was the first person in still took an hour and 45 minutes for a oil change then come time to leave I get handed a bill when I have the service plan that covers oil changes luckily the woman was able to find it in the computer after looking another time then I get home look at the electronic receipt and it showed my air filter needed replacing well no one came and asked me about it and they didn't change it bc when I checked it it had bugs and leafs wedged in it so I had to go get a airfilter and replace it myself once my free oil changes are done I will not be back for any service work More
They did not check my fluids like they promised. I had to put windshield wiper fluid in my car myself. They also said they would check my tire pressure. They also failed to do that. I had to take it to another tire shop for them to discover there was a long nail in my back left tire. I went in for an oil change, but two weeks later my car stalled twice in one day saying I had low oil and needed another oil change. This is a terrible place. Landers does not perform the services they say they do. Be sure to check your car before leaving! More
I’m not pleased with my service with this Dodge Dealership. I was informed that I could bring my car in to have it placed on the computer then when I arrived I was told the department was closed un Dealership. I was informed that I could bring my car in to have it placed on the computer then when I arrived I was told the department was closed until March. While talking with the oil service manger I was then informed that they should be able to place my car on a computer. I hate this dealership and not pleased with any of the services. I do not trust the technicians with my vehicle. More
