Was told oil change and tire rotation would take 1.5 hours. It took them 3.5 hours!!! No updates or apologies or offer us a car if it was gonna be delayed that long. Very unhappy. They did give us a fre hours. It took them 3.5 hours!!! No updates or apologies or offer us a car if it was gonna be delayed that long. Very unhappy. They did give us a free oil change and tire rotation in the future. That’s all well and good but there’s a lot of other things that could have been done immediately if they knew there was gonna be an extended wait time. More
I was overcharged for a repair that has nothing to do with my initial issue. The "customer service" rep I was assigned initially was not helpful and did not put a ton of effort into any form of a soluti with my initial issue.
