Mr. Bratton, I have read and re-read this review numerous times over the past 24 hours. Upon reading it for the first time, I could not believe that my service department was capable of failing a single customer in so many ways. So I did what I hope any responsible business leader would do - I investigated your allegations. After speaking with several members of my team, it became apparent that as difficult as it may be for me to admit, your summary of the experience you had in my service department is probably pretty accurate. My Service Manager tried reaching you today to discuss this matter and see if you would be willing to allow us a final attempt to make things right. We did not hear back from you, so I am assuming the answer is that you are not interested in continuing to do business with us. If you indeed feel that way, I can't necessarily say that I blame you, but I would like to offer my perspective on things. You continue to post this (or similar) reviews on social media and other various review sites, yet you don't want an apology, you don't want us to make things right and you won't return our calls. Is it your desire to simply destroy and undermine our business? Are you a "consumer advocate" motivated by your recent encounter to warn others of the awful experiences they will have if they conduct business with us? If consumer advocacy is your goal, then I think it only fair to also recognize the fact that the Landers family has conducted business in Central Arkansas for over 40 years. During that time period, we have provided jobs to thousands of Arkansans, enabling them to provide for their families. We are responsible and active members of this community that care about our customers as well as our employees. We are incredibly dedicated to giving back to our community and helping those in need. We have a vibrant business because we sincerely try to take good care of our customers and when we fail, we own it and make it right! We are unfortunately also human. We make mistakes. We fail and we sometimes unintentionally let people down. At the Chrysler store alone, we employ around 125 people, and I refuse to believe that those professionals come to work each day with a desire to not repair a vehicle correctly or disregard a voicemail and/or a phone call. On behalf of my entire team, I am sorry for letting you down. I wish you would have reached out to me before exercising your frustrations on these forums. I do not hide from customers, nor do I shy away from an opportunity to improve a relationship. I would appreciate the opportunity to hear from you as I know that I can make things right. We appreciate your feedback. Chrysler does not provide loaner cars on repairs that do not require an overnight stay. Our dealership does offer a complimentary service shuttle to and from our customer's work or home to help minimize any inconveniences for the customer during the repair process. Thank you for taking the time to share this feedback, and know that based on your concerns we are reevaluating the Chrysler loaner car policy to see if this is a service we need to offer to better serve our customers.
