Big service completed to my full satisfaction Chris, the service manager, was very good. When I told him that we would need the car back between 1PM and 2PM the same day in order to be able to pic Chris, the service manager, was very good. When I told him that we would need the car back between 1PM and 2PM the same day in order to be able to pick it up that day, he said he would see what he could do. At 12:30 he called and said that the vehicle would be ready at 1:15PM! Not bad, considering the involved service (40,000 Miles and 5 year service) and a 3 hour recall repair. This was the best service experience I have had at Landers! More
