Exceeded Expectations I had called in for a service on Friday and expected to need a rental car over the weekend. I had a windshield repair and a separate vehicle issue, b I had called in for a service on Friday and expected to need a rental car over the weekend. I had a windshield repair and a separate vehicle issue, but when I went to pick up the rental vehicle I was surprised to find that both issues had been resolved and my truck was ready for me to pick up. Jim did an excellent job tracking the vehicle from the collision center for the windshield repair and back to the shop for the other needed service. Thanks! More

Great Service I brought my Jeep vehicle in for routine maintenance and the service people were very helpful and suggestive. I was able to obtain a loaner car since I brought my Jeep vehicle in for routine maintenance and the service people were very helpful and suggestive. I was able to obtain a loaner car since it took all day to have my car serviced. I would make one recommendation however, I spend nearly $1700 for service and, you would think that with spending that amount of money that my car would have been detailed as a courtesy. More
