When I schedule an apt, I expect it to be kept. I booked a 7am service appointment and arrived at 0645. At 7am I was pulled into the bay, checked in and told to have a seat in the waiting room. At 0745 freezing to death, I decided to walk outside and At 7am I was pulled into the bay, checked in and told to have a seat in the waiting room. At 0745 freezing to death, I decided to walk outside and to try and warm up. Did I mention it was a cool misty day out? Upon my walk I noticed my vehicle still parked on the outside of the bay with my window still down as well. Upon my return inside, not seeing the guy who checked me in I aske the person, If my car is still outside does that mean it's complete? He replied no it hasn't been done yet. I went back to the waiting room. At 815 I checked again, car still in same position. I found the check in guy and he told me, the crew doesn't start until 8am and he is putting tires on a vehicle right now. I asked and reminded him of my 7am appointment and how long I had been there. He replied normally 7am folks drop off their cars for service but the system doesn't know who's who. When I checked in this bit of information could and should have told to me the customer. The waiting are felt as if it were set at 50 degrees. I am sorta hating my decision to do business with this company. My salesman was awesome!!! The title department jerked me around for 3 months and now this with the service department. More
My truck has been to the shop twice, and it has not been fixed correctly. Additionally my door lock was broken and not repaired either. I understand that a third party is responsible for the running board issue however, I bought the truck from Landers and I disappointed in the service I have received,. Lastly when I purchased the truck I was assured there we 60 loners in the fleet, I purchased additional warranty package to cover that. Now I cant get a loner. I rated you no but I have no option but to use you, make this right. More

I brought my car in for an oil change and I asked about my email I received saying service was needed on the Powertrain, the advisor, Tracey Schrupp wrote up the ticket said she didn't see where any work s my email I received saying service was needed on the Powertrain, the advisor, Tracey Schrupp wrote up the ticket said she didn't see where any work should be done on it. Since then I received another email saying the same thing. Now I've got to make another appointment for what should have been looked at with the first visit. Other than that the service done was fine. More
