Initially helpful place. Jordan was awesome, however thats about all that was good. Purchased one month ago and just had to get a new temp tag because they havent sent the tag and title yet. Incentives that were mentioned such as tires for life means that during you inspection if you need a tire we will help. Also means that we arent going to put a spare tire in so if you get a flat or have a blow out, your out of luck. Woke up to a flat, used their "repair kit" they give you where the spare should be, aired it up and drove to work. 8 hours later flat again. Called about the tires for life and was told a new tire is 200 dollars, but i was told during purchase that they replace tires when needed such as a flat or blow out. Called to talk to a manager (Eric) who said he said he would look in to it and call back in 10 minutes, its been 10 hours and counting. If your desperate for a new ride, they will do whatever it takes to get your business, but be prepared for some disappointments after purchase. More

Worked with Blake to have my Outlook tailgate repaired. Part arrived as promised, labor and price to repair was as quoted. No surprises thank you. I purchased a Cadillac srx that'd never been taken through proper service and after 2 months or less started running horribly. I mistakenly gave them an opportunity to right that wrong and put me into a different vehicle. Went through all the hoops with them and finally thought I'd be leaving happpy. Another mistake. After having my vehicle close to a month was contacted yesterday and asked to come in and "sign paperwork" come to find out it was really they wanted more money. They flat out lied to me! Then on top of that they won't even fix the vehicle they sold me that never was serviced and are saying I'm responsible for last month's payment when they'd signed the paperwork and let me leave with a different vehicle. I've tried to get answers and am being told I'm being irrational and repeatedly was hung up on and mike Evans blatantly told me I just wanted something free!?! No not the case I trusted this lot of snakes to sell me a sound vehicle and that still hasn't happened. Wouldn't even answer when my down payment would be returned. A struggling single parent and they feel good about screwing me over not once but twice!!! More

It was a painless process, thanks to Josh. The car was all cleaned and detailed and ready when I arrived. Josh was also thorough in showing me the various features of the car while not belaboring the process. Steven Springer, the finance manager, was very pleasant and did not pressure us to buy anything we didn't need. We did purchase the wheel/tire insurance and the extended warranty. I would recommend this dealership to my friends. More

HOWEVER THE DEALERSHIP MANAGER DID NOT MEET OUR NEEDS, THE SEAT WAS NOT REPAIRED ADEQUATELY AND STILL DOES NOT WORK RI OUR NEEDS WERE TAKEN CARE OF. HOWEVER THE DEALERSHIP MANAGER DID NOT MEET OUR NEEDS, THE SEAT WAS NOT REPAIRED ADEQUATELY AND STILL DOES NOT WORK RIGHT AND HE PROMISED TO SEND OUR OTHER KEY AND KEY FOB WHICH WE HAVE NEVER RECIEVED AND HE ALSO PROMISED TO SEND A $300 CHECK WHICH WE HAVE NEVER RECIEVED AND THAT WAS AFTER IT TOOK 30 DAYS TO GET MY VEHICLE FROM THEM WHEN IT WAS BEING REPAIRED. I SHOULD HAVE WALKED AWAY THE MINUTE I GOT THERE TO VIEW THIS "NEW" 2013 TAHOE THAT I SPOKE TO A SALESMAN ON THE PHONE ABOUT BUT WHEN I GOT THERE TO THE DEALERSHIP THERE WAS OVER 5000 MILES ON IT, THERE WERE DEEP SCRATCHES ALL OVER IT AND ONE OF THE MIDDLE ROW CAPTAIN SEATS WOULDNT WORK AT ALL. BUT THEY PROMISED TO FIX ALL OF IT AND IT TOOK 30 DAYS TO GET MY VEHICLE FROM THEM AND THE SEAT STILL IS INOPERABLE.
